Wildflour Bakery @ The Flying Fish

The Flying Fish serves a delicious selection of baked goods from Wildflour. Wildflour is our in-house bakery run by Baking and Pastry Arts master Marissa Ferry.  A culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Marissa bakes daily muffins, scones and pastries to accompany the restaurant's Beanstock coffee and espresso offerings. Wildflour includes a selection of gluten free baked goods each morning, and also supplies The Flying Fish with tasty desserts. There are beverage offerings from lattes to smoothies.

Cake orders require 3 days prep time and may be completed by email or in person at the Flying Fish Café with counter staff.
Wholesale bakery orders require 24 hours.
